Live Online Base Course + Practical Training in India
A guided training programme combining live online theory with practical sessions in India

1. Live Online Theoretical Sessions
The theoretical module consists of 7 live online sessions, each lasting approximately 2 hours. These sessions will be taught live by Roberto Lobrano and will focus on the fundamental principles of artisanal gelato production, including ingredients, production logic, technical reasoning, and professional methodology.

2. Practical Training in India
Following the online module, the programme includes 2 full practical training days in India, each lasting approximately 7 hours.
These practical sessions will be coordinated during the following week by the Indian partner.
The practical component will be supported by:

one Italian technical assistant

one Indian assistant for local support and translation when required
This allows students to connect the theory learned online with practical execution in a guided environment.
3. Roberto Lobrano’s Live Online Presence During Practice
During one of the practical training days, Roberto Lobrano will join the class through a live online connection for approximately one hour.

A premium full-time one-week professional course with theory and practice
This is the highest-level training option in the programme: a true in-person intensive gelato course designed for students who want direct access to Roberto Lobrano’s teaching, method, and professional vision.
Held in India at the local training facility, this course is conceived as a serious and operational high level programme combining both theoretical and practical training in a full immersion format.
It is designed for participants who want a more complete and transformative professional experience, with direct teaching, hands-on work, and daily contact with the Maestro.
