This is the highest-level training option in the programme: a true in-person intensive gelato course designed for students who want direct access to Roberto Lobrano’s teaching, method, and professional vision. Held in India at the local training facility, this course is conceived as a serious and operational high level programme combining both theoretical and practical training in a full immersion format. It is designed for participants who want a more complete and transformative professional experience, with direct teaching, hands-on work, and daily contact with the Maestro.
