Cancellation Policy

By registering for any Italian Gelato Mastery workshop or training programme, you agree to the following: 1. Registration & Payment Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment. Workshops have limited capacity and are allocated on a first-come basis. 2. Programme Format Workshops may include live online sessions, practical training in India, or fully in-person programmes. All sessions are scheduled and must be attended as per the defined timetable. 3. Attendance Participants are expected to attend all sessions on time. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or partial attendance will not be compensated or rescheduled. 4. No Refund Policy All workshop bookings are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you confirm your commitment to the programme schedule. Exceptions may apply only in cases of duplicate payment or if the programme is cancelled by the organiser. 5. Changes & Rescheduling Italian Gelato Mastery reserves the right to adjust schedules, formats, or locations if required. Participants will be informed in advance wherever possible. 6. Travel & Accommodation Unless explicitly stated, travel, accommodation, meals, and personal expenses are not included. Participants are responsible for their own arrangements. 7. Practical Training During hands-on sessions, participants must follow all safety and hygiene guidelines and handle equipment responsibly. 8. Content & Usage Workshop materials and sessions are proprietary. Recording, sharing, or redistribution of content is not permitted. 9. Communication All updates will be shared via email or official communication channels. Participants are responsible for staying informed. 10. Agreement By registering, you confirm that you understand the programme structure, agree to the no-refund policy, and accept all participation requirements.
