All purchases made on Italian Gelato Mastery are final and non-refundable.

1. Digital Courses

Once access is granted:

  • No cancellations

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

2. Live & In-Person Programmes

  • Seats are limited and reserved in advance

  • No refunds after booking confirmation

3. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be provided except in:

  • Duplicate payment errors

  • Technical issues preventing access (case-by-case review)

4. Responsibility

Users are advised to:
